One of my favourite places in the shop is the knob cabinet! There's so much inspiration there, and honestly the knobs look divine all sitting in their glass jars together or sitting out on a jute placemat!
Changing out the knobs is one of the easiest ways to update and change the look of a piece of furniture. A plain pine tall boy, like the one below, can have an entirely new look with new knobs, whether they're glass, ceramic or metal. The rope ones below were an absolute hit in the shop, and really have a coastal feel without being too kitsch.
I often use glass knobs for a classic feel, as they really allow the piece the tell it's own story. But other times, I've been desperate to use a particular knob and painted a piece to suit! That was definitely the case for the side table below; and after using the Rose Gold knob I added some of Annie Sloan's Gilding Wax to the legs to tie everything together.
We have 20 to 30 different knob styles at any time available in the shop, and in fact these new styles and some old favourites have just arrived this week!
You can check out all our knobs over here. If you can't see what you're looking for let me know I can try to source it for you.
