If you were here last Thursday you may have seen that I mentioned I’m on the hunt for Affordable Art for my home. As I was doing my research I found it wasn’t nearly as hard as I thought to stay under budget – I just needed to know where to look!
Wayfair – Vintage Ateliers Large Wall Art Phil Bee Interiors / Safety Pin Design – To Live Is To Fly / Society 6 – Whale Print / Birdy + Me – Peacock wall art / Down That Little Lane – Feather Print / Carosel Boutique – Just Be You Boys Print / 11 Amazing Vintage Posters You Can Have For Free
Yep, all of these are under $100, the vintage poster on the bottom right hand side is even free!!! In fact, you could probably get a couple of these and still be under budget! I have the Society 6 Print on the top right, and they even have free shipping worldwide till Sunday making it even more budget friendly!!!
If you prefer to see what you’re buying in person before handing over your cash you could try these too…
I’m so in love with the first wall hanging of the pink woman (from Ikea), if I could just work out where I could put it, it would be coming home with me asap!
And if you’re in to free stuff, make sure you check out…
- The Graphics Fairy for amazing vintage graphics of everything from birds to cars and maps.
- Creative Commons where you can search for images you can use without fear of breaching any copyright laws. It allows you to search places like Google and Flickr for absolutely any kind of image you can think of and you can print it however you want!
- At Sprik Space blogger Aimee offers a great range of free printables including calenders and cute posters. My daughter Emma has one of her lovely freebies on her wall
Next Thursday I’ve got a DIY to share… and I’m talking collections. Do you have a blog post or photo of a collection you have up on the wall? Let me know as I’d love to link up!
